SERVICES & FEES NOTE: Payment is ONLY Accepted Through Our Website (below), or by using PayPal For Non U.S., International Orders, and ALL fees indicated below are in U.S. Funds Equivalency, and payable at time of initial application or document submission. We only accept payment through the mail for Non International Orders Only.

Initial (Cursory) Evaluation Review of Initial Documents = $95.00. Paid by clicking on the below 'Pay Now' button.Documents May Only Be Submitted via Fax, Email, or Order Form For This Service. Please Allow 48 to 72 Hours to Complete (Not Required if Submitting for Full Evaluation upon Initial Submission, and does not guarantee the candidate will qualify for the evaluation). The Initial (Cursory) Review fee is separate from the fees described below. Note: All Diploma Equivalency & Evaluation fees are per degree level, & per discipline/major. 15% discount on multiple degree/discipline evaluations, i.e. Bachelors/Masters.

These fees are in addition to the above fees. These authentications will ensure the acceptance of the report by government offices here and abroad.

  • U.S. Department of State, Washington, D.C. = $680.00 (This includes authentication from the CA Secretary of State and the Los Angeles County Registrar)

  • California Department of State Apostille - $490.00 (This includes authentication from the Los Angeles County Registrar)

  • Los Angeles County Registrar Authentication = $275.00 (This is a notarized authentication of the attached documents)

DOCUMENTS TO BE SUBMITTED FOR EVALUATION

PLEASE NOTE: Full payment, with appropriate shipping/postage/handling charges MUST either paid in advance, or accompany the documents if mailed (U.S. Funds Only).  If mailing payment, it must be drawn from a U.S. bank/financial institution, and must be either money order or cashiers check. We do not accept personal checks. We guarantee the evaluation will be completed by competent, certified, and qualified evaluators.  Make all payments payable to: RLK Associates (if mailed). NOTE: We now charge tax regardless of state/country of residence. All payments MUST include 8.7% sales tax (if not already calculated, please add). If paying by credit card, debit card, or E-check, payment is made by using the below 'Pay Now' button, or through PayPal, using email address info@educes.org. You will need to enter the dollar amount (USD only), plus tax (if not already calculated/added), once you are on the payment site.

To Submit Payment: Through our website, click on the orange 'Pay Now' button above, and you will be directed to a new window. Put the total dollar amount, not including tax, in the box indicating 'Item Price'  on the left. Click the 'Update, and the tax is automatically added. Proceed to fill in the balance of your credit/debit card information. By Mail: You may also sumbit payment by money order or cashiers check (we do not accept personal checks) by mail to the mailing address located on our website, payable to RLK Associates. You will need to add 8.5% tax to the total amount, if submitting payment by mail. It is your responsibility to ensure we have transcripts/documents/diplomas of ALL of your education whether completed or not.

Once payment is received and posted, we will provide a work experience affidavit (if required) for notorization. We will email you once the evaluation is completed and ready for shipment. You can also apply online by clicking here (for initial document review only. Must be accompanied by payment). The 'Pay Now' payment link is NOT all inclusive of all services offered. If you need to pay for a service not listed, let us know.

Transcript of Records of ALL Education (Must Be Translated Into English If Foreign) – 1 complete set or photocopy, whether you have completed your education or not.

Resume (CV) - Include statement of objective (i.e. Immigration, State Licensure, etc) MUST include date & place of birth, along with full address & contact information.

Diplomas of ALL Education (Must Be Translated Into English If Foreign) – 1 photocopy

Translations- 2 complete sets of notarized or certified copies of English translations of all documents submitted (If Foreign).

Seminars, Training, Continuing Education, OJT Documents (if applicable). This can help you qualify and/or receive additional credits to either complete your degree, or qualify for a position.

Evaluations for Armed Forces Officer's Commission, Govt. Licensing and/or Govt. Employment:–

Original Copies must be submitted (Armed Forces Commissioning only). Please Note: If you are applying  for an evaluation to sit for any governmental licensing, or applying for any government position (local, state, federal), an Extra Official Report is required along with your evaluation. Additionally, you must have met the minimum educational qualifications in order to receive an actual evaluation report. Otherwise, you will receive a letter stating why you did not qualify. Therefore, when submitting an evaluation request for either officer's commissioning, government licensing, or a government employment (local, state, federal), you must indicate specifically, whether this is to qualify for the specific position/licensing candidacy, or you are just requesting an evaluation based on what you've already completed. Otherwise, due to the number of requests, we can only assume you are requesting a government qualifying evaluation for licensing, employment, or commissioning, and will receive a document stating why you do not qualify, only if you have not met the minimum educational requirements.. 

To submit documents, Mail, email, or fax documents.  Be sure to send copies only.  If for whatever reason you do not qualify for the evaluation requested, documents submitted will be destroyed to protect client confidentiality. If we require originals, we will contact you  to request them. Full payment including postage/handling in U.S. funds only must either accompany, or be paid in full prior. Also payable by credit/debit card, & e-check above, or through PayPal using email: info@educes.org email address.  Payments must include 8.5% sales tax (Sales tax may or may not automatically be calculated & added to our 'Pay Now' payment option).

Your credit information is shredded and discarded after every transaction. For another transaction, you may need to resubmit your credit information again.

REFUNDS & TERMS


Since our agency conducts the intake, and then matches the evaluation request with the appropriate evaluation agency, we pay our evaluators at the time of document submission. Once a payment is received by us, no refund, or any portion thereof, will be issued even if the applicant cancels the order or disagrees with our evaluation. It is our policy to do everything possible to provide the credits/credentials requested. Further, candidates are not allowed direct contact the evaluator(s) to 'plead their case'. We will attempt to send back documents submitted, and will provide a letter explaining our decision, if the candidate does not qualify. This applies to all services. Further, EDUCES/RLK Associates does not guarantee or warrant acceptance of any services, including Evaluations, apostille service, or any other services provided, by any U.S. or Foreign Government, organization, employer, agency, military, private employer, educational institution, branch of military, or any other.  Further, we do not provide evaluations based on future or anticipated graduation dates, classes, or credits earned. By submitting documents, payment, and/or request for evaluation, you are agreeing to these terms. Any and all attempted charge-backs, refunds, stop payments, will immediately incur an additional $195.00 charge, including cost of service rendered, and any other collection or legal costs incurred and your evaluation will be immediately invalidated, and you will be barred from sitting for any current or future licensing state exams.
