Rush Service - These fees are in addition to the above fees:

1.      One (1) business day = $245.00

2.     Three (3) business days = $195.00

These fees are in addition to the above fees. These authentications will ensure the acceptance of the report by government offices here and abroad.

U.S. Department of State, Washington, D.C. = $880.00 (This includes authentication from the CA Secretary of State and the Los Angeles County Registrar)

California Department of State Apostille - $690.00 (This includes authentication from the Los Angeles County Registrar)

Los Angeles County Registrar Authentication = $375.00 (This is a notarized authentication of the attached documents)

Be sure to send copies only. If for whatever reason you do not qualify for the evaluation requested, documents submitted will be destroyed to protect client confidentiality. If we require originals, we will contact you to request them. For faster processing, you are advised to FAX or Email your documents while waiting for the notarized documents to the fax no. or email address below. Payment is required at time of submission, or in advance. U.S funds/equivalency only. We do not accept personal checks. Credit/Debit card, money order, or cashiers check only.

REFUNDS & TERMS

Since we pay our evaluators at the time of document submission, once a payment is received by us, no refund, or any portion thereof, will be issued even if the applicant cancels the order or disagrees with our evaluation. It is our policy to do everything possible to provide the credits/credentials requested. Further, candidates are not allowed direct contact the evaluator(s) to 'plead their case'. We will attempt to send back documents submitted, and will provide a letter explaining our decision, if the candidate does not qualify. This applies to all services. Further, EDUCES/RLK Associates does not guarantee or warrant acceptance of any services, including Evaluations, apostille service, or any other services provided, by any U.S. or Foreign Government, organization, employer, agency, military, private employer, educational institution, branch of military, or any other. By submitting documents, payment, and/or request for evaluation, you are agreeing to these terms/conditions.
