FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Question: Why do I need to have my academic credentials, or work experience evaluated?
Answer: U.S. equivalent credentials are needed by all government institutions for licensure and employment purposes. Note: All specialized work experience (OJT) must be verifiable and/or notarized.
Question: How long will it take to evaluate my credentials?
Answer: One to ten business days. Average turn-around time is about two weeks.
Question: Why are your fees higher than other evaluation agencies?
Answer: Quality & Acceptance. In many instances, clients have had their documents evaluated by another agency, claiming full acceptance, and then have had to come to us to get their documents re-evaluated. for acceptance with the institution they are applying with. No other agency has a higher acceptance rate among world-wide institutions, as the evaluators we represent. As such, this is reflected in our price.
Question: Why is the fee required at the time of, or before document submission?
Answer: All fees including tax, must be submitted at the time of, or prior to, document submission, due to the fact that since our evaluators are all accredited university level professors, we must pay our evaluators immediately upon document submission. Many agencies do not require this, however, it is reflected in both the quality, and speed of completing the evaluation.
Question: Can you evaluate work experience, seminar training, continuing education, OJT, military, or other training for High School Diploma, or obtaining College Credits or a Degree?
Answer: Yes. For H1b, and/or qualifying for a career/employment, in some cases post-graduate education, you may already have the required credits to obtain a High School Diploma, or College Degree, based upon a combination of work, education, and other training, including military.
Question: Is your institution duly licensed to do academic credentials evaluation?
Answer: All evaluators are duly licensed and recognized by the U.S. Government to do credential evaluation (See statement above our logo at the top).
Question: Is your institution a member of the U.S. Department of Education recognized Higher Education Organizations?
Answer: Our evaluators are organizational members of the Association of International Education Administrators/Duke University, The European Association of International Education and the National Association of Foreign Student Advisers- Association of International Education. (See statement above our logo at the top of this page).
Question: Do you conduct evaluations for Armed Forces Officers Commissioning, or Government Jobs or Licensing?
Yes. However, Please Note when requesting this type of an evaluation; Evaluations for Licensure or Officer’s Commission in the Armed Forces, Government (Local, State, Federal) Licensing and/or Employment – Original copy of the document must be submitted and will be returned with the evaluation report. Please Note: If you are applying for an evaluation to sit for any governmental licensing, or applying for any government position (local, state, federal), an Extra Official Report is required along with your evaluation. Additionally, you must have met the minimum educational qualifications in order to receive an actual evaluation report. Otherwise, you will receive a letter stating why you did not qualify. Therefore, when submitting an evaluation request for either officer's commissioning, government licensing, or a government employment (local, state, federal), you must indicate specifically, whether this is to qualify for the specific position/licensing candidacy, or you are just requesting an evaluation based on what you've already completed. Otherwise, we can only assume you are only requesting a government qualifying evaluation for licensing, employment, or commissioning, and will receive a document stating why you do not qualify, only if you have not met the minimum educational requirements.
Question: Are your evaluators qualified to do credential evaluations?
Answer: Our staff of evaluators are composed of Doctorate, Master's and Baccalaureate degree holders, many of which instruct at accredited university institutions, such as UCLA, USC, and Duke University.
Question: Can I submit in person my documents?
Answer: We do not accept walk-in service. Please mail your documents to:
